When I type in a name, e.g. Smith and try to find it nothing ever comes up.
I know Mr. Smith has a standing appointment so why won't his appointments
come up?  This also applies to someone who has an appointment three months in
the future and calls me up to confirm date but I can't pull it up  Very
frustrating as I waste time going day to day checking for names manually.

If you go into the Activities tab of Mr. Smith's contact record, do the
appointments show up?
