We have an issue at the college I work at.  When a technician does a fresh
load on a users' computer they are faced with thousands of reminders when
they launch the users' Outlook the first time.  I've been unable to find
where these reminders are stored.  I would think on the local machine
somewhere.  I've moved out all the .pst and .ost files to bring in mail
again, but I don't get prompted with the reminders.  Any help would be
appreciated.

Reminders are used with the default mail store on Inbox, Calendar, Tasks
and/or Contacts they are not stored in a separate place.  If you loaded the
profile or moved it and are not received reminders or are receiving old ones
then I would run the command line fix \cleanreminders.  See below how to run
command line fixes

Thank you Francine.  I had found that switch, but didn't know if there was
anywhere to copy the reminders over.
