Has anyone had any problems with the Calendar Views Add-in?  It worked very
well until I received an error message that it was causing a conflict and
must be unattached.  I did that and now can't get the Calendar views toolbar
to display.  I've 'repaired' it, uninstalled and reinstalled, removed the
exec file, downloaded and reinstalled - all without success.

Any ideas?
