How do I offer a choice of meeting dates and times in Outlook?

I want to offer multiple meetings dates and times from which the recipients
will choose 1 to attend.

Not possible in current versions of Outlook.

Have you tried a voting form prior to setting up the appointment? (I'd
personally prefer the option to propose a new time, which may only be
available in newer versions.)
