Recovering Linked Activities that were deleted from the Contacts

I linked my calendar activities to a contact. But I didn't realize that they
removed the items from your calendar. So I deleted the activities in the
Contacts screen, and now I can't figure out how to get them back!! My
calendar is now gone!! Someone help!

If they're not in your Deleted Items folder, then I hope you have a backup of your .pst file (assuming you're not using an Exchange mailbox), because otherwise, they're gone.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a backup and no I'm not using an Exchange
mailbox. I had a feeling I might not be able to get them back. Thanks for
your help!
