Print monthly calendar with seven days accross

Is there anyway to modify the monthly print layout of the calendar to include
full sized boxes for Saturday and Sunday?
I am using Outlook 2003 and currently the Monthly calendar prints:
M-T-W-T-F-S/S
Any way to change this to:
S-M-T-W-T-F-S
With each day having a full box?

Right click in the calendar and select other settings - uncompress weekend
days.  Then, ensure that you have all 7 days marked as work days.

When printing, edit your output settings and test each with print preview to
see which will give you the desired result.
