Is there a way to re-direct a resources' appointment reminders to another
user?  We have a variety of resources (conference rooms, laptops, conference
phones, etc.) that can be reserved through Outlook.  Each resource is its own
account/user, but I am looking for a way to re-direct the reminders for
appointments on their calendars to myself, the guy who has to set them all
up.  I currently have a group schedule setup so I can view all of the
resource calendars at the same time, but I would love if I could have the
reminder for each resource some how show up in my Outlook.

Please let me know either way if this is possible and if so how to do it or
point me to some directions.

Thank you!

You might try setting up a server side rule in Outllook. I've never tried
it, but it should work.

How do you setup a server side rule?

Reminders are not something you can control with rules. They aren't messages.

I believe one of the pages at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/ has some tools for sending reminders around.

Sorry Mark. I proposed the server side rules to effectivly copy you on the
resource bookings (messages) which you should be able to add to your
calendar.

But of course, that's not what you asked.
