How do I create an irregular recurring meeting in Outlook?

Example:  A monthly meeting that varies days and/or times.  

I'd like to know how to create such a meeting without having to manually go
back and move all the exceptions.   Groupwise allowed the user to create
these type of recurring meetings by providing an option for selecting the
date and time via a calendar.

You might want to look at a 3rd party add-in called WS:Repeat Appointment
that allows you to choose a more customized pattern for recurring
appointments.  Details here:
