In the Calendar Options, I checked all of the days of the week and the week
start day is Sunday but the calendar, which I'm viewing/printing as one month
on a full page, still shows Monday as the start day and Saturday & Sunday
share one box. How can I get this changed? I want the week to start on Sunday
and all 7 days to have a full box.

Right click in the calendar, select other settings, uncheck compress weekend
days.
