I have an Excell spredsheet with customers information. I know how to
transfer that information to outlook contacts, but the question is how do i
make outlook to recognize contacts birthdays and input that info in a
calendar. For some reason it doesn't do it automatically.

It will not do it automatically for imported information, one of the
limitations of importing.

You will need to open the contacts' details, change the birthday and change
it back for Outlook to automatically recognize it.

Does anyone heard of maybe some kind of software that will help to
automatically reindex existing contacts (the whole folder) and add all dated
information into outlook's calendar.
The thing is that in that database is more than 2000 people.

But anyways with importing I'm trying to solve my main problem.
My original issue was that once I entered all those people in to outlook
manually. Everything was just fine. Calendar was showing all birthdays. Then
I did something with contact folders, renamed them, archived I don't really
know what I've done, but after some time it turned that there is no
connection between a birthday (recurring event) and an actual contact by
itself. When I'm clicking on a birthday mark in my calendar and then on a
"contact's name" link an error comes up:

"The name or distribution list has geen deleted and is no longer a valid
Address Book entry. The operation failed. An object could not be found. The
message you specified cannot be found."

Are there any solutions to this problem

Thanks in advance
