Word wrap in month view

Is it possible to set Outlook so that entries in the month view can wrap.
The bubble is helpful for such items, but I would like, if possible, to
have the whole item show. Also, is it possible to shorten the time without
using the mini-clock symbol. Such as 9 a for 9:00 a.m. etc.
