outlook holiday file

Ok. put this under the dumb things your boss asks of you.

He wants me to add a lot of important dates into the Outlook calendars of
all employees. Cool I can edit the Holiday file to do that.

He liked that but wants more.

He wants descriptios in the comments area. He wants 3 day reminders on some
dates.

I do not think the holiday file can do these things.

You are correct that the holiday file won't put reminders on the calendar. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms/holiday.htm for other ways to do it.
