How do I turn on reminders for all appointments in category view

I have imported all of my appointments that are created by Corporate Time
calendar (the calendar supported on our campus) but none of the reminders are
imported. I wish to turn on reminders for all appointments but can't find
our how to do it. I think it should be able to be done in category view, but
I can't select "all" appointments and click the reminder column to do it all
at once. Is this a feature and if so, how do I do it?

Export to Excel and do it there, then import it back.
