Hi, How do you change the option when vewing another users calender you can only see up to a certain number of months ahead. After that it is greyed out. We need to set it so that we can see other users calender details for as long into the future as we need. Thanks. Tools || Options || Calendar Options || Free/Busy Options || Enter a new value in the Publish field, note older versions of Outlook only allowed you to put 12 months in this field.
