Is there a way to push one  calendar to all users personal calendars. I work
for a school system and what we would like is to be able to push the school
year schedule out to all users.

Thanks in advance for any help

See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms/holiday.htm for some methods to do this.

I went through the procedure for Outlook 2003, the form presents the user
with a button to add holidays but it does not function. Does this also apply
to Outlook 2003 or must I use different methods for the different versions of
Outlook? I see the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire has added their own
list to the add holidays in 2003. Do you have information on how to do this
in Outlook 2003?

Thanks for your help

Did you publish the form to the Organizational Forms library, leaving the "send form definition with item" box unchecked? Unless you do that, the code won't work for everyoine in your organization.

The holiday list is in the Outlook.hol file that Outlook installs on the local system. It's a text file you can edit.
