Shared Calendars

Greetings all, I have just become responsible for managing a training
schedule for a cable installations company, and I'm curious as to whether
there is a way that I can have sort of a 'shared calendar' that my managers
out on the road can view all the newer technicians that are training, and
their schedule, as well as the administrative staff at head office here.
Basically I'm just looking for a way to share the same calendar information
between the same people, our systems administrator is in the process of
implementing Exchange Server 2003, so is that something that will enable me
to do that? If anyone can help that'd be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
