Hi everyone,

I was hoping someone might be kind enough to help me with this.

Until recently, all Outlook reminders such as an upcoming appointment worked
fine. However, they simply don't appear any more. If you sign into Outlook
Web Access on the same account, the reminders pop up straight away, as they
do on the connected handheld device.

Any ideas?

Many thanks.
