This problem has been posted before, I see, but no SOLUTION seems to
be posted.

I formerly used Outlook 2000, and after a while the whole program
would crash and restart whenever I tried to enter a new entry in the
Calendar, any type of entry. I could not fix this, but figured maybe
some of the new security updates were messing up this old version of
Outlook.

I have installed and patched Outlook 2003 now. Process went smoothly,
all my data came over, including all the old calendar events,
birthdays, etc. However I cannot, still add any new entry or event to
tha calendar. It crashes the program and offers to send an error
report to MS. Actually says an error has occurred and the program must
close, of course.

I have tried running outlook.exe /cleanreminders, did not help.
Cannot find any *.pst files on search, but maybe they are hidden
files.

Oddly my PDA, a Palm Lifedrive can synch with all the Outlook stuff
except the calendar.

Help! Help! I am going nuts. Someone must have a solution for this.

TIA, Sam Edwards

Hi Sam. I found a related topic in the Palm, Inc. Support Knowledge
Library, here is the link:

http://kb.palm.com/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,kb=PalmSupportKB,CASE=obj(36077),
ts=Palm_External2001

Solution ID: 36077
Calendar conduit is set back to 'Do Nothing' after setting it to
synchronize, and Calendar items do not sync

I hope this helps.

Heather
