how to make a share calendar

I am wondering how I make a shared calendar that can be viewed by everyone in
our building. I work for a humane society and there are about 20 people that
need to view a calendar of animals that go to their new homes each day.

We have are on an exchange server. Microsoft Outlook 2003 version.
