Without using Exchange Server, the two users can connect to the same .PST
file with the calendar folder in it, but (a) they can't connect to the .PST
at the same time without a 3rd party add-in and (b) sharing a .PST by putting
it on a network share is not a suppored configuration due to the increased
risk of file corruption.
You might want to look at http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm for
some ideas.
