Hi
I am a Personal Assistant to two different people within the company. One
exports their calender to the other who imports it into his own and then
exports the whole thing  to me to add to mine. The problem I have is that I
can't distinguish between their  two entries, i.e I don't know who's
appointments who's as they both import in black & white and in exactly the
same format.
Thanks
Tracey

I'd have both users send you their PST files then you can open them using
the File menu > Open > Outlook Data File command then copy the data from
their calendars into seperate folders on your machine.

Hi-Thanks for that. I have now set up a folder each and I'm sure it will work
for us, however I cannot seem to find out how to export the .pst file so that
it can be e mailed( we do not have any internal server or network and e
mailing is the only way for us to send/receive each others diaries. I have
used the wizard and when I got to the screen which asks you to browse where
you want to save the file, I left it as it was but now can't find it as above.
Many Thanks for your help

Never export to a PST.

To find where Outlook created you export PST, open WIndows Explorer and, in
the Address field, enter

%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

and click Go.  The Local Settings (and Application Data) folder is hidden.
