Calendar: I want each item to pop-up at it's given time, not all at once,
this is how it works at my work office

A reminder will pop up at its given time, but will be included in the popup
list, which makes it appear that they are all popping up at the same time.

Outlook 2003 has a combined reminder window.  All reminders appear in the
same window.  Earlier versions had separate pop-up windows for each
reminder.  So, at home, you must be using a different version than you are
at work.
