Set Agenda Permissions

I have created a user account for Exchange 2003 server which has full-access
to all agenda's of all the Outlook 2003 users in my the organization.
I have noticed that this is not enough for Outlook 2003, you must also set
the permissions in the Agenda it self (agenda - properties - permissions). If
you have a few users that is not a problem, but with 60 users it is!
Is there a way to add these permission automaticly? Any suggestions are
welcome.
