I need to send a meeting invitation to a group of people for a set of dates
(recurring)...but the dates are not regular intervals--they are every month
but not on the same day.  Short of sending out 20 different meeting
invitations for all of the different dates, isn't there a way I can
consolidate this into one invitation?  I want the attendee to be able to
accept/reject it onto their calendar.

YOu may want to give WS Repeat Appointment a try to see if it does what you
wish.  Outlook does not have that ability, sorry.
