I am not sure 2000 has this option, but when you go to Options/Calendar, is
there a box that says "start week on" then make sure it says "Sunday" in that
window.    When you are working in your calendar, is it a Sunday to Saturday
in the Monthly view?  Also go to Print Preview, and check all your options
there to see if something might be doing that.  Maybe you have it in Portrait
instead of Landscape?  That might change the way it prints.
