Events lasting multiple days appear as recurring events each day. Can I combine into one banner that spans the effected days? What view are you using? Also, please always state your Outlook version, as there are currently 5 versions (not counting modes.) Mine appear as one long event in Month view. Hello Milly, I'm looking at monthly view. Is there another answer you're looking for since I did state that earlier? I have tried Monday - Friday, Wednesday-Friday. You said dates, so are you looking for numbers? 23rd - 25th. 14th - 18th. How are you creating this event? If you use the beginning and end dropdowns, mark it as an all day event, and don't give it a recurrence range, the event will span the days on which it occurs.
