This is my situation we have an exchange server 5.5 and we are using Outlook
2002. One of our users is going to retire and she wants the new employee to
have access to her calendar. Now, when “Mary” leaves I’ll have to disable and
delete her user account and her mail account in the exchange server, which is
how we store the data. How can I make a copy of only her calendar and put it
in the new user’s profile? We are not using .PST files on the local hard
drives. Can I export and import the calendar information from one account to
another? From “Mary” to “Steve”? How can I do this? Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I have the exact question Steve.  I hope someone will answer this post soon!
We're using 2003 Server and Outlook 2003, but facing the same situation.
