I changed the time scale by right clicking in calendar view, other settings,
change time in the day view.  When I create a new appointment in the month
view the default time is 30 minutes instead of what I changed it to.  When
creating an appointment in the day view the default time is what I changed it
to.  Why doesn't the changed time appear in the month view?

It appears that the time scale options are only available in Day and Work
Week views, not in Week or Month views.
