Is there a way to globally change Show time as Busy for all holidays?

I know it is possible one-by-one, but there are too many holidays to work
through.
Thank you

Export to Excel and do it there.

Thank you Milly, how do you export the calendar to Excel, and after all
changes made, how do you import it back?

Right click on the row of field names and choose Field Chooser. Add the Show
Time As field to the field (locate it in the field chooser and drag it to
the row of field names) then right click on it and choose Group by this
field. Select the items you need to move to a new group (hold shift or ctrl
to select multiple items) and drag them to the Busy group (or which ever
group you want them in) and drop.

Excellent, thank you.

How do you remove the grouping after all is done?

Right click on the row of field names and choose custom... then reset (if
the view is not otherwise customized) or show the Group by box. Drag the
field off the group - r-click again and choose show group by to uncheck it.

Hi Diane,

Fantastic, thank you.

Now I only have one more question related to this calendar issue.

We have hundreds of computers which should be set up following your
instructions.
Can this be done globally on the Exchange server for all Outlook users of
the organisation?

Kind regards,
Aniko
