One person is getting an email message any time a meeting is placed into the
MD's calendar (by anyone except the MD). No-one can remeber how this was set
up, but it is no longer required. How do I stop this?

Check for SMS add-ins - Outlook natively will not do this unless the MD has
a specific rule configured to send a template when certain actions happen.

After furious head-scratching, AndyWalmsley asked this group:

Are they set up as delegate? Tools, options, delegates tab for options.

Aha! That appears to be it. Thanks.
