There is no filter enabled.

FYI, I saved the pst file to another location and deleted the existing pst
file. I reopened Outlook and imported the data. I can now enter appointments
and have them show up properly in the calendar. I'm not sure what the problem
was, some corruption in the old pst file I suppose.
