Is there a method to export the names of the outlook lables in the calendar section as well as the corresponding rules I have created. As an example, if I named blue color "business" and created a rule to color in any appointment with the word "busines" with the color blue, how can this set up for all labels and rules to be exported? No, neither the label customizations, nor automatic formatting rules are exportable. I'm trying to export ALL calendar items to Excel or Access and have a similar problem. I need to include the label and category, but can only obtain the category.
