One of my users keeps having this problem in Outlook 2002 Calendar.  She
keeps telling me that she works on creating a meeting request and sends it
out and when she goes to look for it later in the day it has moved to another
day and another time.  She is unable to duplicate the problem while I am at
her desk.  At first I thought it was just a user error but she told me that
she only works on one meeting request at a time due to the complexity of the
requests that she handles.  I have searched all over and I can not find any
reason why this could be happening.  Any Ideas?

G'Day 'Needy',

Probably the most important thing you tell us is:
> ..... another time.  She is unable to duplicate the problem while I am at
> her desk.  At first I thought it was just .......

Have you actually SEEN a Meeting in HER calendar that has allegedly
'moved'? If not ask her to leave the next one that moves so that you may
view it. Insist that you, and you ALONE, are the only person giving
advice/help until the problem is fixed. She is not to leave her Computer
unattended after noting a 'movement', until you are able to view it.

Then establish:
What date/time is noted by her recipients for that meeting?
(Does it agree with the time she says that she originally created
it for, or for its 'changed' time?)
What is her Time Zone (in Windows and in Outlook) at the time of
you sighting it?
(Consider an unkind prank by one of her colleagues.)
What happens when the recipients respond?
(Are the responses linked to the 'moved' request?)
