how do i set calender for 7 work days?

Can anyone tells me how to set the view of my calender to be 7 collums insted
of 6? so the last collum do not show 2 days but only one?

Right click inside of the monthly calendar view, choose "Other Settings" and
uncheck "Compress Weekends"
