Error message when updating calendar entry

On Win2K, OL2003.

I'm receiving this error message when updating a non-recurring calendar
entry on a manager's calendar. As in, I am in the manager's Outlook program
at his computer, and I cannot update the meeting because I get this message:
"Resource has declined your meeting because it is recurring. You must book
each meeting separately with this resource."

This meeting was created by a delegate on a manager's calendar. By this I
mean in the delegate's Outlook program at her computer, on his calendar.

This KB does *not* address my issue:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=817420
because we are using Office 2003 on Windows 2000.

Any thoughts?

Hey jenni,
All I can say is Me Too!
Can't find a mention of this anywhere, only the issue affecting OL2002
etc.
