My company uses outlook to keep up with everyone's calendar. We have a
company calendar that everyone has access too. In Outlook 2000 we were able
to create a icon we pressed to send us there immediately. Now we have to go
through the folders list to public folders to all public folders to company
calendar. Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to create a button like the inbox
button and calendar button to pull up the company calendar?

no, but if it's the public folder favorites, you should see it on the
calendar list.
