I need to print a monthly view of a calendar stored in public folders.
Previously, I had used the Word macro file the read the calendar and create a
printable view.  Unfortunatly, the .dot file has not worked since we upgraded
to Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.

1.  Is there a new Word file that works with the new version of
Exchange/Outlook?
2.  Is there an alternative way to print a monthly view which includes all
appointment items for each day?  By default printing a monthly view will cut
of some appointments on days with a lot of activity.
3.  Is there a 3rd party product that will solve this problem?

Thanks.

Which Word macro file were you using?  There are a few listed at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print.  I use "My Outlook
Calendar" and it works fine with Outlook 2003, though admittedly I haven't
tried it with Exchange.
