When I try to sync my outlook and my phone, outlook only gives me the option
to allow access for a limited time (max 15 minutes). I would like an option
that says: "Allow access permanently for this program" or something like
that. It's a bit annoying to tell Outlook it should trust the nokia PC sync
over and over again.

The time should be 10 min unless it's something in the Nokia software...

Assuming it's 10 min and the Outlook warning - Do you have the newest
version of the sync software? Properly written, the sync software shouldn't
give you that warning at all. The warning was added about 5 years ago and
most vendors updated their software soon after.
