when i set up a meeting in Calendar in Outlook (using MS-Exchange Servier)  I
can only see my time zone, not the time zones(s) of the other people I invite
to the meeting. Is there a way to see other people's time zone(s)?

After furious head scratching, Sam asked:

Well, one option that might be helpful is that you can display two time
zones on the Day view in your calendar (in Outlook 2003, that is). I find it
helpful to be able to see another time zone when I'm creating appointments
that way.

Look in the help file for "time zone" and you should find the steps to do
so.

Unfortunately, this will not work if you have people in more than 2
timezones, such as LA, NY and London.
