We want to set Outlook 2003 Calendar View to closely resemble the view from a
Daytimer 2000 Daily Planner View.......... Specifically to include in one
event display,
1.) Details of the Event, 2.) Person or person's assigned to the event (ie:
Contacts assigned), 3.) The Category assigned to the event. 4.) Start Time,
5.) End time, 6.) Location.

Has anyone had any experiance in accomplishing this goal.

If you want the Daytimer view (which people here may or may not be familiar
with) then you need to use Daytimer.  Outlook is not Daytimer.  Experiment
with the views that Outlook provides, and if it is not satisfactory, then
use another product.

AFAIK, Outlook will output a printed calendar in many styles including
daytimer but the display will always default to how Outlook displays the
calendar.
