Outlook 2003 / Exchange server

When I open multiple calendars under My Calendars the names are all
"Calendar". This only happens for calendars for mailboxes for which I am
delegated or have permissions for. Calendars which I open with Open Other
Users Folder (calendar) do have the name of that person in it.

Is it possible to rename the name Calendar into something else (pref. name
of the user)?

Also it isn't possible to open the calendar using Open Other Users Folder
when I am the delegate or have persmissions. Outlook will always use the one
under My Calendar (otherwise my problem would be solved).

OK, found (accidently) the solution myself: I closed the additional opened
mailboxes, then with Open Other Users Folder I opened the calendar folders I
needed so they became visible with the owners name under My Calendars. Then I
added the mailboxes again as additional mailboxes and voila.... the perfect
match!
