MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / November 2005Need to sort Calendar Annual Events view by new field created
Created new field in viewusing formula Month(date) which returns a numeric value from 1 to 12. Wish to sort VIEW by this column, but it does not allow sorting on this new field added. Which version are you using? If it's 2003, turn off the Arrange in groups and try again. You could try Grouping by your new field instead - Advanced Toolbars, Group By box and drag your field into it.
