Can I print the labels key when I print a calendar

I am producing multiple calendars that I need to share with many people. I am
using the colour function in Outlook calendar to show types of activity, but
need to be able to print the key to these colours so that other people
looking at them understand what the colours mean. Does anyone know if this is
possible & if so how?

Highlight the color options ->Alt+Print Screen->Copy to Wordpad or
Word->Print or email.
