If I get a late start I would like to be able to move all my appointments
down a specified amount of time using the cursor.  Is there a way to group
them and move them all at the same time?

Hold down the CTRL key and click each one you want to select or hold down
the SHIFT key, click the first one and then click the last one to select an
entire series.

That will select appointments if you want to copy them (holding down the CTRL
key) but it won't group them together to move them.  If I select several
using the CTRL key and then try to move the group, only the appt. that my
arrow is on will move.

Hmmm...it works for me.  What version of Outlook are you using?
