How can I easily schedule meetings with random dates?

I schedule many, many board and committee meetings for multiple users.  How
can I easily schedule them?  They usually are at the same time, but not on a
regular patterned date.  We used to use GroupWise and I could set up the
meeting subject, time and then click on the dates on an annual calendar and
it saved a huge amount of time.  Is there a way to do that in Outlook?

There are third-party tools available for that.  Check them out at
