My workplace has a calendar that is shared by two offices in different
states.  A person from each office accesses it to show who is traveling,
vacation, sick time and so on.  The day after this information is entered, an
entire day is added before and after the time originally entered.  Why is
this?

Don't know since you provided no information to troubleshoot the problem.

After furious head scratching, Kelli asked:

Did you read the entire message?
What additional information is needed?

Oh, say the Outlook version, Exchange version, OS version, Windows and
Outlook time settings, just the basics that you never mentioned.  And, yes,
I read the entire message which is why I know the REQUIRED information is
missing.

Perhaps because the two people sharing the calendar are in different time
zones?? so when you open the calendar on the other computer it adjusts for
that local time?? just a guess from an average user (not an MVP)

Thank you very much for YOUR reply.  We have figured out that the time zone
is the problem.  We tried using the secondary time zone available, but that
does not seem to help the situation.
Thanks again for you help.

Well, the phone support I received did not need any of the information you
requested.  And, as you can see in the other reply I received, the "average
user" came up with an answer without all the "basics I never mentioned".

Thanks for all your "help".
