My workplace has a calendar that is shared by two offices in different states. A person from each office accesses it to show who is traveling, vacation, sick time and so on. The day after this information is entered, an entire day is added before and after the time originally entered. Why is this? Don't know since you provided no information to troubleshoot the problem. Thank you very much for YOUR reply. We have figured out that the time zone is the problem. We tried using the secondary time zone available, but that does not seem to help the situation. And, as you can see in the other reply I received, the "average user" came up with an answer without all the "basics I never mentioned".
