I would like to increase my calendar reminder time options. I can only remind
myself up to a maximum of 2 days. I would like to change this to a maximum of
4 weeks if possible. As I book appointments I can then choose whether to set
the reminder from 5 minutes or up to 4 weeks. I do not want to change the
default setting.

Thanks.

When you make an appointment type 4w in the spot where the reminder period
shows.  That will override the default to 4 weeks.  You can type 3h, 5d, 4w
etc for hours, days, weeks.
