When sending a meeting request the email opens to the recipient as jiberish Are you both using Outlook? I managed to find the answer by browsing the other comments in the message board.. All I had to do was turn off the reminder notification and it was fine > Are you both using Outlook? After reading you solution I found that the setting Tools, Opitons, Calendar Options, "When sending meeting requests over the internet, use iCalendar format" was the problem.
