I love the "5 day work week" view in the outlook calandar, but I have
multiple locations I need to be at.  I would be great to be able to make
different color backgrounds on an ongoing basis (maybe like an appointment?)
that doesn't shift around real appointments ... For example, this week I work
Tues - Friday 9-3 for one job and I also work M 10-6, W 5-8 and Sat 8-3 at a
different location.  I would like to be able to put in my work hours on a
variable basis and also have 2 or 3 different designations.

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking for but you can add Saturday and
Sunday to your "work week" in Calendar Options and they will show up when you
click the Work Week view in the calendar.  If you have Outlook 2002 or 2003,
you can use the calendar labels to use different colors for different work
locations.
