Outlook incoming Task Assignment

OK, can i take certain messages ....for instance all messages that have a
subject line of "NEW FARM REQUEST" and have them assigned a Task date to be
completed in 4 days???

After furious head-scratching, tony asked this group:

So there is not an actual setting to configure this?
So i know a little VB....what would this script entail???
